ELODIE FRATI (M.Ost) OSTEOPATH

Elodie typically works with dynamic yoga practitioners between the age of 30-40 who are suffering with shoulder pain. She helps to get them back on the mat, pain free, with an enhanced understanding of their own physical mechanics.
While working widely on patients with general issues of all ages, Elodie has gained significant experience in treating performers with shoulder and neck pain, thanks to her own experience as a professional dancer.
She is passionate about empowering her patients with the tools to manage their own long term recovery, be that through movement, breathwork, mindfulness or education. Elodie is an ex-professional dancer as well as a yoga teacher with a wealth of experience, which enables her to read bodies in motion, as well as help her patients to reconnect to the joy of moving freely through personalised solutions.
Elodie is proud to be part of such a diverse, rich and life-enhancing profession. She is committed to her own growth, and is always expanding her knowledge through continued professional development, as well as through the process of teaching others. She believes this is the key to being a successful and relevant osteopathic practitioner.
Outside of osteopathy, Elodie likes to keep her mind and her body on the ball. Her interests include yoga, dance, skiing, contemporary art, disco and house music, and reading.
